This Privacy Policy complies with the provisions of Article 13, paragraph 1 and paragraph 2 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (GDPR).

Failure to provide personal data by the User prevents the use of services and obtaining a response to an inquiry sent electronically.
Purpose of collecting personal data

1. The processing of your personal data, entrusted via the website, is carried out on the basis of art. 6 of the GDPR for marketing purposes (i.e. for the purpose of selling services).
2. The Personal Data Administrator relies on a legally justified interest, which is:
1) providing answers to questions asked;
2) providing information about the products and services offered;
3) sending newsletters and other marketing materials;
4) statistical analysis by Google Analytics. The data collected will be used for statistical analysis of customer behavior on the website and improving the offer.
Transfer of personal data to third parties

1. Data collected via the website will be used only for the purpose of presenting the portfolio and implementing the offer.
2. The author does not provide third parties with personal or address data (including e-mail addresses) of users of the website.
3. The obtained personal data is not used for any other purpose.
4. As the administrator of personal data, the author does not transfer, sell or lend the collected personal data of users to other persons or institutions.
5. Providing data is mandatory in order to receive an answer to the question sent via the electronic form and to register for a visit (name, surname, e-mail address, phone number).

By using this website, you agree to the processing of personal data, among others, for marketing purposes. Providing personal data is voluntary, and the basis for their processing is your consent expressed in the electronic form. The recipients of the data are Google Analytics and Facebook Pixel.
Data processing time

Your personal data will be stored for up to 5 years until the marketing opportunities and analysis of data necessary to run the website are used or until the consent to the processing of personal data is withdrawn.
User rights

1. The user of the website has the right to withdraw at any time the consent to the processing of personal data, expressed by written information sent via e-mail.
2. Personal data will be processed until consent is revoked.
3. The website user has the right to access their personal data, correct it, delete it or limit its processing, as well as to file a complaint with the supervisory authority.
4. The data is used for marketing profiling using Google Analytics and Facebook tools.
5. In the event of an objection to profiling - please use the browser settings.
